The Meet in team represented the product in Ireland to a very high standard, from the venue chosen to accommodate, catering, team building activities and meeting structure.

7-9 July 2010, The Europe Hotel & Resort, Killarney, Ireland The Welsh Meet in event held at the Vale Resort

and Hotel in Cardiff and Cardiff Castle was met with

praise from the buyers and suppliers alike. With

the great combination of activity based networking together with guaranteed number of

arranged 20 minute one to one meetings, all attendees left with new contact and

friendships in the business.

I felt that the quality of buyers was superb, the event was well organised, and the team were warm and professional to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending your organisation for the future and look forward to our meeting again!

I found the three days very informative and probably the best networking opportunity I have had in the 12 years of working in the field. Now in our second year in Ireland the fabulous 5

star Carton House hotel in Dublin provided the

backdrop for another successful Meet in. With some 30 buyers being flown in from

the UK and with real business to place the forums kept the suppliers busy. Further

opportunities were created to build relationships including the opening night gala

dinner, teambuilding activities and a traditional closing Irish shindig at the famous

Jameson distillery.

The relaxed and focused atmosphere throughout highlighted the adage "with all good events/ meetings - it's all in the planning". And this was superbly planned. A genuine joy. Thanks. The first Meet in event in Manchester continued the

successful formula with genuine highly complimentary

comments form buyers and suppliers alike. With the usual dedicated network meetings

and social elements of gala dinner and afternoon event the guest enjoyed the business

and developing business friends at the same time,., a unique element of the now

established Meet in formula. This was the highest attendance at a Meet in event to date.

Overall structure and pace of the event spot on and some great networking opportunities. First time I think I have ever completed very satisfied in every box on a questionnaire. Perhaps could be something about the quality or suitability of buyers/suppliers. The five star Hotel Verta by Rhombus in Battersea recently

played host to a two and a half day Business Solution Forum,

the first run by Meet in Conference Europe since the company launch last year. Buyers and suppliers within the MiCE industry had an opportunity to

network and forge relationships during a meetings based forum and they also enjoyed a

range of on and off-site activities including a teambuild treasure hunt at the Science

Museum and Gala Dinner at the Thistle Marble Arch.

The stunning Europe Hotel provided a fabulous

location for the Meet In Ireland inaugural event with

delegates enjoying the glorious facilities and location.

The event was hailed another Meet in success with all delegates praising the format and attention to

detail of the Meet in team in the planning and execution during the three days.

Many new business acquaintances and friends were made through the unique format

of networking scheduled meetings and informal networking events arranged by the

Meet In Team.

The Bath event again attracted a over 50 delegates who enjoyed the luxuries of the MacDonald Bath Spa

Hotel in the centre of Bath. All the attendees expressed their enjoyment and benefit of the event

with the Meet In formula providing the perfect

combination of formal meetings and informal activities where friendships

flourished and lasting business relationships were developed. Theatre performances

and Historic City tours before a stunning Gala dinner made the three days useful and

enjoyable for all.
